Devy Parlindungan Siregar or also known as Devy is the Chief Executive Officer of Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. since November 2017.

Prior to Telin Malaysia, he was the CEO of Telkom Taiwan for 4 years (2013-2017). Before that he worked in Carrier Relation & Sales Voice at Telin Jakarta for 3 years (2009-2012) and Carrier & Interconnection Services Division at Telkom Balikpapan, East Kalimantan for 6 years (2003-2009).

He graduated Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom Institute of Technology in 1997 and earn his MSEE Telecommunication from Norteastern University in Boston, Massachusetts 1999
